Job Description

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Creative Production, Brand Marketing to support its brand marketing initiatives. This role involves managing creative projects from end to end, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within scope. The Senior Associate will report to the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing, and support the team on the execution of all initiatives including but not limited to Merchant, Dasher, Partnership Marketing and Performance projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creative production process for various marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate assets and manage work reviews for merchant-facing initiatives.
  • Proofread, coordinate legal approvals, and ensure design consistency.
  • Traffick all campaign assets and confirm they are live.
  • Address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact with creative agency partners.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Establish effective communication processes and tools.
  • Contribute to a positive and creative environment.
  • Manage project files and assets library.
  • Apply learnings from past projects to current workstreams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of creative project management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Clear understanding of creative development and production processes.
  • Experience with creative QA and trafficking assets.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to handle a large workload.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
  • Incredible organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Fluent in Canadian French or have working knowledge (written/spoken) of the French language
