Job Description

DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Manager to foster key merchant relationships within its Enterprise Post-sale and Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in scaling DoorDash's Canadian business by strategically developing and growing relationships with major restaurant groups and product verticals across North America. Reporting to the Enterprise Restaurant Post-sale lead for DoorDash Canada, the manager will contribute to Canada's role as a hub for innovation and success within DoorDash.

The Enterprise Engagement Manager will deepen partnerships with strategically important merchants in Canada. Responsibilities include owning and growing a subset of the largest Enterprise Restaurant partnerships, rolling out new brand partnerships, expanding existing merchants by signing new products and stores, collaborating with marketing to grow business, and working closely with product teams to ensure a seamless merchant experience.

The role involves:

  • Owning, developing, and fostering strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Developing relationships with C-suite executives and strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
  • Serving as a liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership, marketing, product, and operations teams.
  • Leveraging playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure a high-quality merchant experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales/account management.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
