DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Manager to foster key merchant relationships within its Enterprise Post-sale and Partnerships team in Canada. This role involves strategic vision, development, and growth of relationships with the largest restaurant groups in North America and product verticals. The Enterprise Engagement Manager will report to the Enterprise Restaurant Post-sale lead for DoorDash Canada.

The Enterprise Engagement Manager will deepen partnerships with strategically important merchants. The role involves ownership and growth of a subset of the largest Enterprise Restaurant partnerships, playing a key role in new brand partnership rollouts, growing existing merchants, partnering to grow business with marketing, and working closely with product teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, develop, and foster strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Develop merchant relationships with C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
  • Work cross-functionally and serve as a liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership.
  • Leverage playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure merchants receive a high-quality experience.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales/account management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Proven success working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
