Job Description
Impinj, a leading RAIN RFID provider, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and improve internal business applications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and optimizing business processes. This role involves collaboration with developers, vendors, and 3rd party support teams.Role involves:- Providing technical and operational support for internal line of business applications.
- Analyzing existing programs and developing logic for new systems.
- Resolving complex technical and functional issues.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related problems.
- Gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Testing and validating system enhancements and upgrades.
- Analyzing business processes to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Developing and documenting detailed business process models.
- Authoring comprehensive documentation of system configurations.
- Conducting user training sessions.
- Leading projects of significant impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ years analyzing and documenting complex business requirements within finance and operations organizations.
- 3+ years supporting applications under SOX compliance.
- 1+ year experience in programming languages and scripting such as C#, PowerShell, and/or Python.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience supporting D365 F&O, Salesforce, ADP Workforce Now, Concur and/or similar business applications.
- Experience with Transact-SQL and data warehousing.
