Sales Enablement Specialist

Job Description

Eventbrite is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance the effectiveness of its Sales and Commercial team. This role involves ensuring that sales representatives have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to maximize buyer interactions. The Sales Enablement Specialist will collaborate with the Enablement Team, the Global Sales Team, and cross-functional partners in Marketing and Product.Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with global leaders and the enablement team to develop and enable their teams.
• Owning product communications and training, keeping the team updated on product launches and updates.
• Facilitating logistics such as content creation and scheduling for sales and commercial new hire onboarding.
• Maintaining content in Workramp, the Learning Management System.
• Assisting with content creation for product and process trainings.
• Planning and executing learning workshops, both in-person and virtual, including an annual Sales Kick-Off.
• Helping determine sales content needs and working cross-functionally to scope and build it.
• Building rep and leader playbooks, content, and templates to improve role proficiency.
• Ensuring timely communication of product updates, process changes, and industry learnings.

Requirements include:

• Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales processes and channels.
• Experience communicating and producing training materials in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
• Experience mapping and creating content for marketing, sales, and training.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
