Eventbrite is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management to lead a team of Account Managers focused on retaining and growing their customer base. This role involves driving team performance, ensuring client retention, and developing action plans. The Senior Manager will report on team successes and challenges, collaborate with sales acquisition leaders, and coach Account Managers to enhance their skills and career progression.

The role involves:
  • Managing a team of Account Managers.
  • Driving performance and ensuring high client retention.
  • Developing action plans and reporting on team success.
  • Collaborating with sales acquisition leaders.
  • Coaching Account Managers on procedure, technique, and pipeline management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in sales area B2B.
  • 4+ years experience in Sales or Customer Success Leadership/Management roles.
  • Successful track record within the SaaS, Technology, or Ticketing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills: communication, influence and empathy.
  • Experience managing and executing on metrics and quotas.
  • A proven track record of over-performance.
