Job Description
Aspire.io is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for creating pipeline, identifying high-potential accounts, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. This role involves strategic outreach and collaboration with Sales and Revenue leadership to refine outbound strategies and test new messaging.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify high-fit DTC and B2C brands and agencies.
  • Cold Outreach Execution: Launch and iterate on targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Discovery and Qualification: Lead initial discovery calls to assess fit and understand brand goals.
  • Account Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to prioritize target account lists and refine messaging.
  • Continuous Optimization: Analyze response rates and meeting conversion to optimize outbound tactics.
  • Sales Skill Development: Sharpen sales acumen through coaching and feedback.
  • Outbound Drive: Hunger to book meetings and break into accounts.
  • Execution-Oriented: Disciplined with time and methodical in workflow.
  • Sales Potential: Aiming for a quota-carrying role and ready to learn fast.
