Strategy and Operations Associate - Pangea (Hybrid)

Job Description

Pangea is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations. This role involves strategic analysis, KPI reporting, ownership of the 5-year projection model, and driving customer-facing pricing changes. The Strategy & Operations Associate will report to the Strategy & Operations Sr. Manager and help build a best-in-class S&O function.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring KPIs and business drivers.
• Analyzing financial and performance data.
• Building measurement plans.
• Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and minimize opex growth.
• Executing FX purchases.
• Driving the internal and external narrative on financial performance.
• Monitoring competitor pricing and suggesting changes.
• Managing monthly department-level budget variance reporting.
• Partnering with the Marketing team to design tests and execute analysis.
• Running ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4+ years of experience in Strategy / Finance / Investment Banking / Consulting / Business Intelligence.
• Proven quantitative and analytical competency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
