ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance and improving factory operations. They are seeking a Recruiter to join their team in Greenville, South Carolina.This role involves:

• Leading and supporting all activities in the recruitment life cycle.
• Implementing cost-effective recruitment strategies.
• Building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Executing proactive recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
• Providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Coaching and mentoring associate recruiters.
• Leading strategic recruitment projects.
• Coaching managers on competency-based assessments.
• Building external relationships with relevant associations and schools.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Sharing recruiting best practices.

Requirements for this role include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Skilled in influencing others and relationship building.
• Experience with social networking and social media.
