Job Description
Brooklinen is seeking a Store Manager to lead their Philadelphia store. The Store Manager will be responsible for implementing processes to ensure the store meets its financial and customer experience goals, as well as leading hiring for the store team. This role involves frequent collaboration with the HQ team.
  • Driving store performance by implementing procedures to meet financial targets and customer experience goals.
  • Being a business owner by bringing ideas to the table and keeping tabs on inventory levels, sales trends, and promotion performance.
  • Representing Brooklinen’s values and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Building an engaged team through recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Managing daily scheduling and payroll for the store team.
  • Partnering with the Creative team to execute the visual merchandising strategy.
  • Participating in the development and execution of in-store events and activations.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers, store employees, and Brooklinen HQ.
The ideal candidate should have:
  • 5+ years of management experience in retail store environments.
  • Experience in both customer-facing and operational roles.
  • Passion for the Brooklinen brand.
  • Knowledge of interior design.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
