Job Description
Enterpret is seeking a Business Operations Manager to accelerate their top-of-funnel engine. This role, within the BizOps team, focuses on projects at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, driving growth in lead attraction, qualification, and conversion. The ideal candidate is passionate about viral content, problem-solving, and building GTM or growth programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, plan, and execute high-leverage growth initiatives and experiments.
  • Ideate and execute creative marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and iterate on a data-driven content strategy.
  • Structure and solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Build scalable processes to support rapid growth.
  • Define key metrics and deliver insights to drive better decisions.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a startup environment.
  • Experience in growth marketing, social media, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of tackling unstructured problems.
  • Creative thinker and excellent writer.
  • Data-driven and proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Humble and collaborative.
