Growth Engineer/Hacker

Enterpret is seeking a Growth Engineer/Hacker to join their team. This role is a hybrid of marketing and engineering, ideal for someone with a hacker mindset who is excited to experiment and significantly impact the business. The Growth Engineer/Hacker will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing growth-focused experiments that directly grow brand awareness and customer acquisition.Role involves:

• Designing, building, and optimizing growth-focused experiments.
• Creating high-converting landing pages and interactive tools or demos.
• Building viral tools or shareable components.
• Automating prospecting with creative outreach tactics.
• Improving SEO and/or AI SEO.
• Analyzing user feedback to improve retention.
• Designing and implementing A/B tests.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in driving growth and developing 0 to 1 products.
• Experience building products using AI.
• Data-driven mindset with experience running A/B tests.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Comfortable with basic design skills.
• Results-oriented and motivated by impact.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
