The company is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a unique opportunity to be part of opening a new plant. The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Mechanic is to provide effective electrical and mechanical maintenance support to plant and facility operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

- Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnosing problems and replacing defective parts.
- Maintaining equipment according to diagrams and specifications.
- Generating work orders and parts requests.
- Operating equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry.
- 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
- PLC experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of food grade aluminum and stainless-steel welding techniques.
- Complete knowledge of fabrication techniques.
- Electrical knowledge and packing machinery experience a plus.
- Must have their own set of professional electrical tools, including voltmeter and amp meter.
