• Lead and scale Virtasant’s global Technology Operations practice.
• Develop and implement technology operations solutions.
• Collaborate with Virtasant leadership, sales, delivery, and product teams.
• Provide strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for client engagements.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team.
• Stay current on emerging cloud technologies and operational methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, SRE, or DevOps.
• Proven track record implementing and leading technology operations solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and incident response.
• Demonstrated experience building and leading global, distributed technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
