Virtasant is seeking a Practice Lead for Technology Operations to build and lead their global practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and leading companies, leveraging cloud technology and AI to transform operations. The Practice Lead will oversee technical strategy, service delivery, team management, and innovation.Responsibilities include:

• Leading and scaling Virtasant’s global Technology Operations practice.
• Developing and implementing technology operations solutions.
• Collaborating with leadership, sales, delivery, and product teams.
• Providing strategic guidance and hands-on leadership for client engagements.
• Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing global team.
• Staying current on emerging cloud technologies and operational methodologies.

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of experience in technology operations, infrastructure management, SRE, or DevOps.
• Proven track record implementing and leading technology operations solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, CI/CD practices, monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience building and leading global, distributed technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
