Ernest Packaging Solutions is seeking a Strategic Accounts Manager for their Fresno, CA division. This role is focused on maximizing profitable sales growth within existing clients and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will embody the Ernest culture of CURE (commit, understand, respond, and establish) in all client interactions.
The Strategic Accounts Manager will demonstrate knowledge of market conditions, communicate effectively, and execute sales plans to drive profit growth. They will also engage internal resources to showcase design capabilities and foster vendor relationships.

Role Involves:
- Selling deeper and wider within existing clients.
- Expanding client contacts.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in B2B sales.
- Experience managing B2B accounts with a focus on growth and retention.
- Self-motivation and a high energy level.
- Business acumen in sales forecasting, opportunity management, and client planning.
- Understanding of effective communication in today’s business environment.
- Ability to listen, gain trust, and bring actions to closure.
- Ability to demonstrate overall value to the customer.
- Ability to work and promote vendor relationships.
