Job Description

IONOS is seeking a Specialist Product Management (f/m/d) to join their team in Karlsruhe. The Product Manager will play a central role in the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of the "Value Added Services" product unit, with a focus on e-commerce, online marketing, and website services. This role involves ensuring the successful launch of new products and services, optimizing existing offerings, and maintaining a focus on overall economic impact.

The Product Manager will actively develop the product vision, derive content and success-oriented requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders. They will ensure a market-oriented product portfolio from ideation to go-to-market, balancing customer needs, business value, growth, and profitability. The role also includes evaluating the market, competitors, and potential cooperation partners, and initiating projects in coordination with service providers.

• Ensuring the go-to-market process of new products and services.

• Successfully completed university degree in business, marketing, or IT.
• Proven experience in e-commerce, ideally in product management.
• Excellent analytical and entrepreneurial thinking skills.
• Familiarity with P&L, conversion rate, recurring revenues, churn, and retention.
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness in collaboration.
• Very good English skills and ideally good German skills.
