Client Partner, Mid-Market (Independent Agencies)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Client Partner to join their Mid-Market team in New York City. This individual will cultivate relationships with key brands and independent agencies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising solutions. The Client Partner will act as the CEO of their book of business, taking ownership of strategic bets and revenue forecasting. This role requires being based in the New York, NY area and working from the NYC office 1-2 times per week.Responsibilities:

• Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver Reddit solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Construct joint business plans with top clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Provide strategic advice to clients.
• Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap.
• Develop internal relationships.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in digital media sales.
• Experience managing relationships with C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise.
• Existing relationships within the independent agency and client direct space.
• Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
• Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
• Ability to lead special projects.
• Ability to manage and scale a book of business.
• Positive outlook and team player.
• Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets.
• Motivated self-starter.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
