Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Goods)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the new Mid-Market Goods team in San Francisco. This role will focus on growing advertisers across verticals like CPG, Retail, and Pharma. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can scale the business, uncover insights, and enhance client partnerships. This role requires working from the San Francisco office 1-2 days per week.Responsibilities:

• Manage a high-performing team of Client Partners, Client Account Managers, and Client Account Executives.
• Drive the team to exceed revenue targets.
• Advise on market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Partner with Marketing for product launches and communications.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial targets.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in digital media sales.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales and strategic partnerships.
• Expertise in upleveling sales partnerships with C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated career progression.
