Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Independent Agencies)

Reddit is seeking a Manager for its Mid-Market Sales team, focusing on independent agencies. This role involves leading a team to activate and grow mid-market advertisers across various verticals within Reddit's top US independent agency partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of driving business growth at scale.Reddit is a platform built on shared interests and authentic conversations, boasting over 100,000 active communities and 101M+ daily active unique visitors. The company is looking for someone to uncover insights and opportunities to elevate client partnerships and operational approaches.This position requires the candidate to be based in the New York, NY area and work from the NYC office 1-2 times per week.Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Client Partners, Client Account Executives, and Client Account Managers.
• Drive the team to exceed revenue targets.
• Partner with the team to overcome obstacles and build client relationships.
• Advise on market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to align with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in digital media sales.
• 1-3 years of sales management experience.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales and strategic partnerships.
• Expertise in upleveling sales partnerships.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated career progression.
