Manager, Mid-Market Sales (Services)

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Manager for its Mid-Market Sales (Services) team in Toronto. This role involves building and leading a team of Client Partners, Client Account Managers, and Client Account Executives to drive acquisition and growth within the Canada Mid-Market Services segment, focusing on industries like B2B, Finance, Travel, Education, and Healthcare. The Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading the team, driving revenue, advising on market opportunities, and building relationships with key clients and agency partners. • Recruiting, training, and leading a team of Acquisition Client Partners, Same Store Growth Client Partners, and Account Managers.
• Building and expanding the organization in smart and profitable ways.
• Driving the team to exceed established revenue targets.
• Advising sales and product management regarding market opportunities and strategic planning.
• Partnering with Marketing to drive new product launches and establish Reddit as a leader.
• Partnering with Sales Ops and Finance to develop financial and operating targets.
• Building and managing senior-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience in media sales.
• 10+ years of experience in media sales.
• Experience leading and building sales teams at dynamic companies.
• Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship and talent development.
• Deep functional knowledge and industry expertise.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales and management of strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience upleveling sales partnerships by accessing C-level client stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Focus on entrepreneurial ways to delight customers at scale.
• Passion for Reddit and its audience.
