Job Description

Ocado Technology is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Analyst to join their Financial Systems team. The successful candidate will provide key frontline support, resolving support issues in Oracle Fusion and assisting the business on new projects, all while maintaining the integrity of financial information. This role involves managing change requests, supporting end-users, and ensuring continual service improvement.

Role involves:

  • Working with support analysts across the Oracle Financial Systems Team.
  • Collaborating with the Application Manager to complete change requests.
  • Working closely with business users for continual service improvement.
  • Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution and implementation.
  • Assessing the impact of changes and quarterly updates from Oracle.
  • Documenting key processes and How-to Guides.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience as an Oracle ERP/Fusion Support Analyst or functional consultant.
  • Oracle Fusion SME on SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Planning, Supply Chain Financial Orchestration).
  • Experience in Configurations/Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations, Interfaces (CEMLIs).
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) workflows / OBI / OTBI / SmartView.
  • Experience managing Oracle Service Requests and the SR escalation process.
  • Knowledge of Apex application.
