Job Description
Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking an Operations Support Associate III to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves identifying improvement opportunities, implementing business initiatives, and providing support to internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will report to the Director of Operations and work onsite in Carlsbad, CA.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to Operational or Compliance related support requests.
  • Resolving routine and complex requests, communicating solutions.
  • Operating as backup to Customer Support I and Production Support I Roles.
  • Analyzing and recommending business performance improvements.
  • Maintaining company databases such as AMS360 and OnlineMGA.
  • Assisting the operations director in daily management and process improvements.
  • Providing feedback on company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the operations director in enforcing company standards.
  • Providing production level support to platform business units.
  • Tracking and managing tasks using tools like Jira.
  • Assisting in creating and maintaining departmental documentation.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of professional operations experience.
  • Experience with phone system management and call routing preferred.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented mindset.
  • Strong track record in customer care and leadership.
  • Ability to work onsite in Carlsbad, CA.
