Change Analyst – Business Systems Analyst

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Change Analyst – Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. In this hybrid role, the candidate will report to the Head of New Accounts Projects and will be responsible for providing business and technical support on a wide range of projects, managing change through to implementation. The candidate will support the Global New Accounts and Compliance teams to deliver their projects.Interactive Brokers is a global financial services company committed to innovation and client satisfaction. • Independently manage projects from idea to completion.
• Build relationships across operational departments.
• Perform technical and numerical analysis of existing systems and processes.
• Formulate proposals to improve processes and systems.
• Liaise with programming teams to ensure solutions are viable.
• Execute and support testing of system changes.
• Provide pre-/post-implementation support to operational teams.
• Triage system bugs and coordinate resolutions.

Qualifications:

• University degree in engineering, computing, or related field desirable.
• 3+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong technology experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of process flow diagrams and business process modelling.
• Experience in regulatory, business, and market risk analysis is a plus.
• Financial Services/Brokerage experience is a plus.
