Interactive Brokers is seeking an Arabic Financial Translator to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will be a native Arabic speaker with a strong background in economics and finance, capable of translating various content types and working efficiently under tight deadlines.Interactive Brokers is a global financial services company that provides online brokerage services to clients in over 200 countries and territories. Responsibilities: - Translate websites, account applications, trading platforms, and other content from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Translate client communication letters, bulletins, and announcements.
- Plan and conduct research projects, including terminology extraction and termbase usage.
- Perform quality assurance on existing translations through proofreading and editing.
- Handle document processing tasks.
Requirements: - Native Arabic speaker.
- Proficient in English.
- MA or BA degree in Translation or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and knowledge of CAT tools.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience with a financial institution or translating finance-related content.
- Knowledge of basic accounting terms and calculations and familiarity with a broad range of securities.
- Proven time-management and organizational skills.
- Self-confidence, openness, flexibility, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
