Strategic Finance, Manager - GTM

Verkada is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join their growing Strategic Finance & Business Operations team. This role is crucial in building the Sales Finance function within a high-growth, pre-IPO startup. The Strategic Finance Manager will partner cross-functionally with go-to-market teams, providing financial insights and driving operational excellence.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines such as video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace solutions, and intercoms.Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders across the Sales organization and related support teams.
• Own Verkada’s topline forecasting models, improving visibility and predictability.
• Define, build, and monitor core GTM metrics and management dashboards.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and drive ad hoc analysis.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in Strategic Finance, Business Operations, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills and analytical horsepower.
• High attention to detail and strong strategic instincts.
• Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills.
