Verkada is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to expand its reach by developing and managing a network of high-performing reseller partners in the Seattle area. The Channel Sales Manager will drive new business through the channel, build pipeline, and execute strategic plans to achieve measurable growth. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating across sales, marketing, and partner teams to enhance Verkada’s presence.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated solutions across video security, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercoms.
What this role involves: - Driving net new pipeline through strategic reseller partners.
- Executing regional channel strategy aligned with Verkada’s objectives.
- Training and enabling partner teams on Verkada’s product portfolio.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal sales and marketing teams.
- Conducting regular business reviews with partners.
- Strengthening the channel ecosystem through insights and recommendations.
- Leading regional events to build brand awareness.
- Managing the full lifecycle of partner engagement.
Requirements: - 7+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
- Proven track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
- Strategic and creative thinking with a process-driven approach.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Technical fluency and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must reside in the greater Seattle area and be open to 50% travel.
