Solutions Engineering Intern/Graduate

Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Solutions Engineering Intern/Graduate to join their Sydney office. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of a project, from demos and proof-of-concepts to final decisions. The intern will build technical expertise across various technologies and become a trusted advisor for clients and partners.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines through a single platform.Responsibilities:

• Master the Verkada portfolio and design solutions based on customer requirements.
• Support online and in-person platform demonstrations.
• Assist with proof-of-concepts and site walks.
• Collaborate with colleagues and product teams to test new features and devices.
• Provide training to channel partners and resellers.

Requirements:

• University graduates or students seeking a Sandwich year/Industrial Placement & working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Coursework with a focus on computer networking, Linux, computer systems, Python or other coding language preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex technical matters both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
