Job Description
Mento is seeking senior leaders in strategy & operations to coach members. The role involves 1:1 coaching, ongoing training, and community engagement. The coach will help members with goal setting, leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Mento requires coaches to participate in their ICF-certified coach training program.
Role Involves:
- Providing 1:1 coaching to members
- Participating in ongoing training
- Communicating with members via email or chat
- Sharing coaching tools and insights
- Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in strategy & operations
- Experience managing teams and coaching individuals
- Passion for helping people advance in the workplace
- Self-awareness and high emotional IQ
- Comfortable in a startup environment
- Minimum of 12+ hours per month for coaching
- Minimum commitment of 24 months
- Based in Europe and speak English
