Job Description
Monzo is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join its Finance team in London. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives across corporate finance, investor relations, and fundraising. The Investor Relations Manager will report to the Director of Investor Relations and work closely with various teams across the organization.

Role involves:
  • Analysing financial performance and key business developments.
  • Providing financial analysis and project management support for corporate finance and fundraising activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with investors.
  • Managing the Investor Relations program.
  • Conducting market research and competitive benchmarking.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic or analytical roles (investment banking, equity research, management consulting, or investing).
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Experience with investor communications, the fintech or banking space is a plus.
