Notion is seeking a Procurement Contracts Manager to enhance the company’s long-term profitability and support sustainable growth. The Procurement Contracts Manager will manage the contract management and administration process across multiple sourcing categories. This role involves collaborating with Legal partners, managing a high volume of inbound vendor contracts, and supporting Sourcing Managers.Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
What this role involves: - Developing and managing a pipeline of upcoming new and renewal contracts.
- Responding to legal requests from stakeholders.
- Preparing, redlining, and managing a high volume of vendor contracts.
- Developing and implementing contract management procedures and policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve problems and close deals.
- Liaising with business partners to understand project goals.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a contracts manager or paralegal.
- 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry and/or Procurement related contracts.
- Experience in project-managing Sourcing and or Legal related organizational projects.
- Experience independently drafting, negotiating, and executing vendor contracts.
- Comfort and experience with technology solutions that help scale CLM.
- Excellent judgment, analytical rigor, clear communication, and business pragmatism.
