Discord is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Developer Platform Team. This role focuses on enhancing the game studio experience by designing tools and offerings for developers, community managers, and marketers. The Senior Product Designer will work across the full product development cycle, from initial exploration to launch and iteration, creating user-friendly experiences for both businesses and players.Discord is a multiplatform, multigenerational and multiplayer platform that helps people deepen their friendships around games and shared interests.What This Role Involves:

• Partnering with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists.
• Creating wire-frames, mockups, and prototypes.
• Ensuring design quality from concept to launch.
• Influencing the team’s roadmap and product strategy.
• Presenting designs to the team and organization.
• Contributing to the design system.

What the candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in product design across various platforms.
• Expertise with Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Strong product thinking and strategic vision.
• Mastery of design craft and pixel-perfect execution.
• Compelling storytelling and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with design systems.
