Project Manager, Agentic AI Platform for Scientific Research

Job Description

Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the development of its Agentic AI Platform for Scientific Research. The Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating product development across a multidisciplinary team, managing timelines, aligning milestones, facilitating communication, mitigating risks, and ensuring the effective delivery of the product roadmap. Constructor TECH's headquarters are in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.Role involves:

• Translating strategic goals into actionable product milestones and delivery timelines.
• Maintaining and updating the product roadmap and sprint schedule.
• Organizing sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Tracking progress across multiple workstreams.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Serving as a liaison between engineering, AI researchers, designers, and leadership.
• Maintaining clear documentation and updates.
• Preparing regular progress reports and performance indicators.
• Ensuring timely releases of high-quality platform features.
• Working with QA, DevOps, and design to enforce best practices.
• Monitoring delivery against KPIs and driving continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience in tech or AI-focused organizations.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary product teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficient with project management tools (Jira, etc.).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI platforms, or scientific computing environments.
