Legend Biotech is seeking an Employee Engagement Manager for their Raritan, NJ location. This role will focus on enhancing employee engagement and shaping company culture in alignment with Legend's mission. The Employee Engagement Manager will report to the Senior Director of Operations.

Role involves:

  • Leading employee engagement programs.
  • Crafting and executing programs for leadership, rewards, development, and communications.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conducting surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Developing internal communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 5-7 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or internal communications.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing engagement programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
