Job Description

Peak Achievement Athletics is seeking a dedicated Order Picker Operator to join their distribution team in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves managing product distribution, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of shipments. The Order Picker Operator will work under the direction of the Distribution Supervisor, adhering to company standards and safety guidelines.Responsibilities include:

• Safely emptying and inventorying received product containers.
• Filling product orders and ensuring correct products are packaged and shipped.
• Loading products onto delivery vehicles.
• Maintaining product inventories.
• Checking shipping documents for accuracy.
• Handling orders requiring special services.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Reporting any facility safety issues.

Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of distribution experience preferred.
• Material handling certificate is helpful.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Ability to follow directions and perform basic math.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP and sporting goods.
• Ability to work at heights of approximately 30 feet with safety harness.
