Associate Compensation Analyst

Job Description

Auctane is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize its sales commissions platform. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely commission calculations, maintaining data integrity, and providing support to Auctane’s global sales teams and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales compensation principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position is remote for Spain.

What this role involves:

• Managing and maintaining the sales commissions tool, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Configuring and updating system settings, including commission plans, rules, and calculations.
• Collaborating with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to understand requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Translating sales compensation plans into system configurations.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation.
• Generating and distributing commission reports and statements to sales representatives and management.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline commission administration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of proven experience in sales commissions administration, preferably with a dedicated commissions tool.
• Strong understanding of sales compensation principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with database management, system administration, and reporting.
• Fluent in English
