Critical Mass is seeking a Presentation Designer to contribute to the development of visually compelling presentations. The ideal candidate will translate complex data and ideas into stunning visual narratives across various materials. They will balance artistic flair with brand precision, ensuring impactful and on-message presentations. This role requires thriving in fast-paced environments and a passion for design excellence.

The role involves:

• Designing and executing high-quality presentation decks.
• Translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging slides.
• Applying strong art direction and graphic design principles.
• Ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborating with writers and team members.
• Staying updated with current design trends.
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Iterating on feedback to improve visual output.
• Contributing to other design tasks.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in presentation design.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of styles and strong visual storytelling.
• Expertise in Keynote, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and cross-functional teams.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with design applications beyond presentations is a plus.
