Job Description
Fountain is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding sales team. The SDR will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential customers. This is a remote position based in the United States.

What this role involves:
  • Responding to inbound demo requests from the website
  • Account research to determine alignment with Fountain's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Sales Outreach: Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Engage, and LinkedIn for outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Pre & Post Event Lead Management
  • Event Support

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year in an SDR or sales role at a remote startup
  • Experience in cold calling and emailing
  • Experience managing your calendar and completing tasks in a remote work environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally
  • Proficiency with Gong and Salesforce, and other sales tools
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks with prioritization by deadlines
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic and evolving sales environment
