Job Description
Ramp Network is seeking a People Assistant to join their team in London. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career or transitioning from another field. The People Assistant will be a hands-on, proactive, and curious individual eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment. They will play a crucial role in supporting the People & Culture initiatives and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What this role involves:
  • Being the go-to person for people and culture-related matters at the London hub.
  • Creating a welcoming and energetic office environment.
  • Responding to team needs and addressing policy questions or people issues.
  • Managing onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Assisting with hiring logistics and candidate experience.
  • Leading internal culture-building initiatives and team socials.
  • Maintaining HR systems (HiBob, Notion, etc.) and ensuring compliance.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations, including contracts, documents, and audits.
  • Organising team training, offsites, and internal communications.
  • Driving forward People projects and process improvements.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a People, Admin, or Ops support role (start-up experience is a bonus).
  • Proactive, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Clear and compassionate communication skills.
  • Deep care for employee experience.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
