Technical Project Manager

Metacore, a mobile game company known for Merge Mansion, is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will streamline development processes, manage cross-team collaborations, and establish project management standards. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and technical understanding to drive efficient planning, execution, and tracking of development projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating planning, execution, and follow-up of development tech projects
• Driving collaboration and alignment with stakeholders across the organisation, including status reporting
• Supporting different teams and individuals in project management topics
• Creating and managing high standards for project management practices
• Ensuring clear tracking of projects and introducing KPIs
• Building a clear understanding of team capacity and velocity

Requirements include:

• Extensive experience in project management
• Previous experience in project management/development methods and software development
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing project metrics
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Creative, innovative and a problem-solving mindset
• Quick to learn and understand different ways of working and concepts
• Strong technical background with understanding of development processes and technical requirements
• Deep understanding of project management tools and practices
• Excellent prioritisation skills
