Job Description
Notion is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join their EMEA team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and qualifying new enterprise customers in the DACH region. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for shaping Notion's future product and driving revenue. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
  • Master Notion's platform and competitive landscape
  • Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customised and multichannel messaging for DACH market
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaign initiatives
  • Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM
  • Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  • Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
  • Learn about our product inside and out working towards an AE role where you will develop the skills to give demos customised to the needs of different personas
  • Business fluency in both English and German
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Competitive spirit and team-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in Account Executive, Sales Development, or Business Development roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills with ability to craft tailored customer stories
