Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Sr Manager, HR Operations to join their growing team. The People Team at OpenTable is focused on building and improving HR processes to deliver great results for their team and colleagues around the world. This role is responsible for HR data management and workforce analytics, leading the team in all employee life cycle transactions, and acting as a key liaison between the HRIS team and the larger People team.

The role involves:
  • Designing and implementing scalable HR operations for a dedicated business unit.
  • Managing, training, and coaching the Global People Ops Services Team.
  • Defining and monitoring key performance indicators for team service levels.
  • Directing efforts to standardize processes across the global organization.
  • Overseeing global immigration coordination.
  • Troubleshooting HR Transactions.
  • Leading the maintenance of Zendesk.
  • Leading regular audits of employee and HR transaction data.
  • Maintaining HR process documentation and knowledge base content.
  • Partnering with HR Systems and IT teams to maintain and enhance system configurations.
  • Supporting the Global HR Operations team by answering tickets and troubleshooting employee and Contractor questions.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of progressive work experience in HR systems and Operations.
  • 2 years using Workday HRIS as an end user.
  • Experience managing a dispersed team.
  • Operational curiosity.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented.
