Job Description

Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee high visibility programs and streamline processes. The ideal candidate will help Product and Engineering teams develop processes and frameworks for building quality software. This role involves driving complex technical programs, coordinating across teams, understanding technical implementation, and tracking progress.

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs.
• Coordinate across engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate status.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Passion for changing consumer finance.
• Organized and strategic approach to collaboration.
• Experience with large technology applications and distributed backend systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
