Psychotherapist: Diagnostic Evaluator - Hybrid Fort Washington, PA

Blackbird Health is seeking a Psychotherapist to join their team as a Diagnostic Evaluator. In this hybrid role, the Psychotherapist will conduct diagnostic evaluations, develop diagnostic reports, and provide diagnostic feedback to individuals and/or their caregivers. They provide virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania and Virginia, with plans to expand. What this role involves:

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations.
• Analyze and interpret data, and write evaluation reports.
• Provide feedback to clients after evaluations.
• Communicate with team members during the evaluation process.
• Participate in weekly department and team meetings.
• Complete documentation for evaluations within 24 hours of services.
• Manage your schedule, including scheduling assessments, feedback appointments, and maintaining report writing time.
• Report weekly productivity.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field of psychology.
• Active valid license as a LCSW, LPC or LMFT in your state of employment.
• At least 1 year of experience providing clinical diagnosis (using DSM5-TR or DC0-5) evaluations.
• Trained and certified to administer the ADOS 2 assessment preferred but not required.
• Consistently reliable internet access for any telehealth provisions.
• Ability to work up to 3 days a week from our Fort Washington, PA clinic.
