Job Description
Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Community & Customer Success Manager to join 0Din, its GenAI bug bounty platform team. This role focuses on building a strong security-researcher community and providing excellent experiences for collaborators and customers. The ideal candidate will manage community channels, launch engagement initiatives, and triage vulnerability reports. They will also onboard new partners, track customer satisfaction, and champion the voice of the customer internally.
Role involves:
- Managing Discord, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and forum channels.
- Launching community initiatives like “Hack-The-Model” challenges.
- Analyzing engagement metrics and producing community health reports.
- Building and maintaining a contributor knowledge base.
- Onboarding new program partners and researchers.
- Triaging vulnerability reports and coordinating researcher rewards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in community management, customer success, or related fields.
- Experience moderating large technical communities.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and LLM safety concepts.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in community analytics.
- Ability to work across time zones in a fast-moving startup environment.
