Hugo is seeking a Sales Administrator to support its Sales Team and drive new business and revenue growth. Hugo is committed to Africa and builds high-performing remote-teams for technology and media companies, specializing in omnichannel customer support, digital and AI operations, and trust and safety solutions.

The Sales Administrator will ensure the smooth operation of sales processes within the organization. They should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite applications.

Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and collaborating with team members.

What this role involves:

  • Facilitating ambassador onboarding sessions, check-ins, and feedback sessions
  • Coordinating with sales team on lead handling and ambassador activities
  • Responding to RFPs/RFIs and building sales presentations and proposals
  • Researching prospects and filling out supplier forms
  • Tracking deal progress in HubSpot and coordinating meetings between prospects and AEs
  • Maintaining sales collateral library and updating customer records in HubSpot

Requirements:

  • Strong team management, business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced written and oral communications skills
  • Experience as a sales administrator supporting sales/revenue teams
  • Deep understanding of and extensive experience operating in Africa
  • Bachelor’s degree required
