Job Description
Helmes is seeking a Team Lead to guide a dedicated software development team. The Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring team success and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Role involves:
  • Leading a software development team and projects.
  • Inspiring and motivating the team while supporting their growth.
  • Ensuring the team has the necessary resources.
  • Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing finances, including monthly billing and reporting.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Building strong client relationships and exploring future opportunities.
  • Supporting the Business Unit Leader in sales activities.
  • Collaborating on the development of Helmes' tools and processes.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in IT.
  • Proven skills in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Readiness to take on responsibilities and commitments.
  • Experience in managing finances and budgets.
  • Fluent communication skills in Estonian and English.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Maturity and ownership of work.
  • Experience in sales is beneficial.
