Helmes is seeking a Team Lead to guide a dedicated software development team. The Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring team success and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Role involves:
- Leading a software development team and projects.
- Inspiring and motivating the team while supporting their growth.
- Ensuring the team has the necessary resources.
- Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Managing finances, including monthly billing and reporting.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Building strong client relationships and exploring future opportunities.
- Supporting the Business Unit Leader in sales activities.
- Collaborating on the development of Helmes' tools and processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project Manager in IT.
- Proven skills in leading teams and managing projects.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Readiness to take on responsibilities and commitments.
- Experience in managing finances and budgets.
- Fluent communication skills in Estonian and English.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Maturity and ownership of work.
- Experience in sales is beneficial.
