Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor in Jeddah to facilitate service operations and achieve targets in customer satisfaction, retention, and productivity. The Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.Responsibilities include conducting pre-acceptance inspections, assisting in achieving high CSI scores, coordinating with technicians for repairs, communicating with customers regarding repair progress and costs, and following up on customer complaints. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, possess strong communication skills, and maintain a "Guest Centric" mindset.Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-acceptance inspections and recording results.
• Assisting in achieving high CSI scores and increasing customer retention.
• Coordinating with technicians for satisfactory repairs.
• Communicating repair details and costs to customers.
• Following up on customer complaints and issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Service area.
• Time Management and Monitoring skills.
• Active Learning and Stress Tolerance.
• Strong Inter-Personal and Communication Skills.
• Computer Skills in worksheets, word processing, presentation and database management.
• Good Judgement Skills and Decision Making, Social Perceptiveness.
• Problem Sensitivity and Inductive Reasoning.
• After Sales Related Skills: Persuasive, Able to deal with stress, patient, persistent.
• Automotive and technical knowledge (pre-diagnostic questioning, trouble-shooting, etc)
