Job Description
Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Team Leader for their Jeddah location. This role involves supervising service floor operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving service sales targets. The Service Team Leader will assist in quality vehicle repairs, manpower sales, and customer retention. They will also be responsible for manpower distribution, skills training, and performance evaluation of the service team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Service Manager in achieving quality vehicle repairs and customer retention.
- Manage manpower distribution and provide skills training to the service team.
- Assist in preparing business plans to meet operation targets.
- Monitor and coordinate the performance of service teams.
- Assist technicians in solving high-technical problems.
- Ensure repairs are done as per customer requests.
- Supervise after-sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor for job assignments and inspections.
- Follow up on vehicle spare parts with the Parts Department.
- Analyze technical information and disseminate it to the service team.
- Monitor the service team's achievements and adjust business strategies.
- Analyze Back-Job and Parts Non-Availability Procedures.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Automotive and mechanical repairs and maintenance services with certification.
- Adept in troubleshooting and diagnostic tests for cars.
- Limited knowledge of the English language.
- Time management skills.
