Notion is seeking a highly motivated Channel Partner Manager to develop, expand, and manage Notion's partner ecosystem throughout the LATAM region. This role involves crafting and implementing strategies to cultivate relationships with digital agencies, system integrators, and cloud service providers.

The Channel Partner Manager will collaborate across departments to foster partnerships and drive mutual growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and execution of LATAM channel partnerships.
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners using data-driven methods.
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
  • Monitor, report on, and optimize partner performance.
  • Enable and activate existing partners through training and joint selling activities.
  • Guide channel partners in developing outbound strategies to generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with Notion's Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements:

  • Inspired by Notion's mission.
  • 10-12 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/IT partner ecosystem in LATAM.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Excel at negotiation.
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
